Mrs. Baingana is currently, professionally engaged as follows:-
- Member of the African Association for Public Administration and Management.
- Member and Vice Chairperson of the Board of Governors of the Uganda Fisheries Training Institute.
- Member of the Appointments Board of the Inspectorate of Government from 1993 to December 2005.
- Member and Vice Chairperson of the Board of Directors of the Uganda Insurance Commission since August 2006.
- Member of the National Task Force for the development of a Social Protection Policy under the ministry of Gender, Labour and Social development.
